These Terms and Conditions constitute an agreement between you and BBC Worldwide Australia Pty Limited ("BBCWA") (A.C.N  129 255 616)

Authorised Use:

This is a business-to-business site that is primarily intended to provide information about BBCWA's programmes, products and personnel to media contacts in the broadcast industry.  The information and material provided on this site can be used by media contacts for the purpose of promoting our programmes, products and personnel in their media only (“Authorised Use”).

Any other use requires the prior written permission of BBCWA.

Editing Rights:
You are permitted to use the material in the form provided on our site or to reformat or edit as required provided that such alterations are made pursuant to the Authorised Use of material.

Where editing is to be carried out, you agreed not to do so in such a way that is likely to impair the quality, meaning, or integrity of the material or in any manner which is likely to bring BBCWA and/or the BBC into disrepute of which is defamatory of any person or organisation.

Enforceability

If there is any conflict between these Terms and Conditions and/or specific terms appearing elsewhere on this site relating to specific material then the latter shall prevail.

Disputes arising here from shall be subject to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of New South Wales and their appellant courts.
